Speed/Power/Reaction/Agility/Quickness (SPRAQ)

SPRAQ training program will utilize up to date methods that have been proven for success in the athletic arena. Each session will employ just the right amount of work to help each athlete reach his/her athletic potential. The program will include a dynamic warm up, the right amount of intensity during each drill or exercise and the proper cool down activities to bring the body back down to a resting state.
Sport specific training will be the goal of this program whether it is aerobic or anaerobic conditioning. Each athlete will receive the right amount of work to rest ratio to enhance their ability for their sport.
We Offer the Following Programs:
- Youth (12-14 yrs old)
- Young Adults (15-18 yrs old)
- Amateur Athlete (18-22 yrs old)
- Weekend Athletes (Adult Sports)
- Youth Team (12-14 yrs old)
- Young Adult Team (15-18 yrs old)
Frequency: 2 to 3 sessions per week
Duration: 6 to 8+ weeks program
Length of Session: 1 to 1.5 hours depending on program
