Get fit and stay healthy! Our fitness center offers a variety of equipment and a full array of services such as personal training and fitness evaluations. We want to help you achieve your goals and enhance your athletic performance and health.

Our instructors have a college degree in health and fitness and are also certified by the National Strength and Condition Association (CSCS and NSCA-CPT).

An initial evaluation will be done to establish base line data of your health and fitness level. Your program will be designed to meet your personal training needs whether it's weight loss, cardiovascular fitness, strength training, or just general health and fitness.

We offer One on One Personal Training and Small Group Personal Training (2-6 people)

Frequency: 2 to 4 sessions per week

Duration: Individual, 6 week, 8 week or 12 week program

Length of Session: 1 hr to 1.5 hours

Level I Instructor: $30.00 per hour

Level II Instructor: $50.00 per hour
