Strength/Power Program

Youth Team Program (12 - 14 yr old)

Team of 10 - 15 athletes

Frequency: 2 - 4x/week

Duration: 8 - 12 week program

Length of session: 1 hour

 

Goals:

1. Master form and technique with each exercise.

2. Acquire strength/power 

3. Develop a challenging yet fun environment to train in so success is just around the corner.

4. Establish a base line data in: strength and power

"A team is only strong as it's weakest link"

For great team success, this program is it. Team members training only!! This program will start as a team and finish as a team. Strong emphasis will be placed on supporting and building confidence in team members through the use of weight lifting.

 

Cost per team:

8 weeks:

16 sessions - 2x/week - $1,600.00

24 sessions - 3x/week - $2,400.00

12 weeks:

24 sessions - 2x/weeks - $2,400.00

36 sessions - 3x/weeks - $2,880.00
