Goals:1. Master form and technique with each exercise. 2. Acquire strength/power 3. Develop a challenging yet fun environment to train in so success is just around the corner. 4. Establish a base line data in: strength and power
"TEAM" is the motto for this program"A team is only strong as it's weakest link"For great team success, this program is it. Team members training only!! This program will start as a team and finish as a team. Strong emphasis will be placed on supporting and building confidence in team members through the use of weight lifting.
Cost per team: 8 weeks: 16 sessions - 2x/week - $1,600.00 24 sessions - 3x/week - $2,400.00 12 weeks: 24 sessions - 2x/weeks - $2,400.00 36 sessions - 3x/weeks - $2,880.00
