STRENGTH/POWER PROGRAM
Young Adult Team Program (ages 15 - 18)
Team of 10 - 20 athletes
Frequency: 2 - 4x/week
Duration: 8 & 12 week programs
Length of sessions: 1 - 1.5 hours
Goals:
1. Continue to perferct flawless technique with all exercises.
2. Develop strength and power through the us of weight lifting.
3. Establish a fun and motivating environment through skills that are challenging yet over time able to master.
4. Establish base line data in: strength and power.
"TEAM" is the motto for this program
"A Team is only strong as it's weakest link"
This program is for the team that is serious about dominating their apponent. Total team concepts and training will be utilized. Each team member will learn how to motovate and support their team members in a positive manner as well as take responibility for the success of their team. The program will start as a team and finish as a team
Cost per Team:
8 week program:
16 sessions - 2x/week - $2,400.00
24 sessions - 3x/week - $3,120.00
32 sessions - 4x/week - $3,520.00
12 weeks:
24 sessions - 2x/week - $3,120.00
36 sessions - 3x/week - $3,520.00
48 sessions - 4x/week - $4,340.00
