Strength/Power Training Program

Amateur Athlete (College or Club, age 18 - 22)

 

Frequency: 2 - 4x/weeks

Duration: 8 - 12 weeks programs

Length of Session: 1 hour

 

Strength/power training program will utilize up to date methods of training that have been proven for success in the athletic arena. Appropriate balance between sets and reps will be employed to maximize one's potential for success. Becoming bigger, faster, and stronger will be the prime focus of this program. Each session will employ a high level of intensity that is needed at the college or club level.

Cost per individual:

8 week program:

16 sessions ($30.00/session) - 2x/week - $480.00 

24 sessions ($28.00/session) - 3x/week - $672.00 

32 sessions ($26.00/session) - 4x/week - $832.00

12 week program:

24 sessions ($26.00/session) - 2x/week - $624.00 

36 sessions ($24.00/session) - 3x/week - $864.00

48 sessions ($22.00/session) - 4x/week - $1056.00
