Speed & Agility Training Program

Young Adults (15 - 18 yr old)

Frequency: 2 - 3x/weeks

Duration: 6 - 8+ weeks programs

Length of Session: 1 hour

 

Speed and agility training program will utilities up to date methods that have been proven for success in the athletic arena. Each session will employ just the right amount of work to help each athlete reach his/her athletic potential. The program will include dynamic warm up, right amount of intensity during each drill or exercise and cool down activity to bring the body back down to resting state.

Sports specific training will be the goal of this program. We will incorporate sports specific drills related to the sport.  Training the right energy system (aerobic/anaerobic) is a must in order for the athlete to be in conditioning for his/her sport.  PsPc will train you in the right energy system needed for your sport.

Cost per individual:

6 week program:

12 sessions ($20.00/session) - 2x/week - $240.00

18 sessions ($18.00/session) - 3x/week - $324.00

 

8 week program:

16 sessions ($20.00/session) - 2x/week - $320.00 

24 sessions ($18.00/session) - 3x/week - $432.00
