Speed & Agility Training ProgramAmateur Athlete (College or Club, age 18 - 22)Frequency: 2 - 3x/weeks Duration: 6 - 8+ weeks programs Length of Session: 1 - 1.5 hour
Speed and Agility training program will utilities up to date methods that have been proven for success in the athletic arena. Each session will employ just the right amount of balance to help each athlete reach his/her athletic potential. The program will include proper dynamic warm up, right amount of intensity during each drill or exercise and followed by proper cool down activity to bring the body back down to resting state. Sports specific training will be the goal of this program rather it be aerobic or anaerobic conditioning. Each athlete will receive the right amount of work to rest ratio to enhance their ability for their sport.
Cost per individual:
6 week program: 12 sessions ($20.00/session) - 2x/week - $240.00 18 sessions ($18.00/session) - 3x/week - $324.00 )
8 week program: 16 sessions ($20.00/session) - 2x/week - $320.00 24 sessions ($18.00/session) - 3x/week - $432.00
12 week program: 24 sessions ($18.00/session) - 2x/week - $432.00 36 sessions ($15.00/session) - 3x/week - $540.00
