Small Group: 2 - 6 people 

Frequency: 2 - 4x/week

Duration: 8+ week programs

Length of session: 1 - 1.5 hours

 

 

For those who want to work with a friend or group, than this program is the one for you. Our knowledgeable instructor(s) will work with you and the group to become the best that you can be when it comes to health and fitness. There's really no other way to go but to have a friend pushing you into shape. We will work the group to the fullest to reach their personal goals through a fun and challenging pogram.

Our instructors will take you through a series of up to date activities and exercises (dynamic warm up, weight lifting, conditioning exercises, cool down and stretches) that are needed for your personal success.

An initial evaluation will be done to establish base line health/fitness. Your program will be designed to meet your personal training needs rather it be weight lost, cardiovascular fitness, strength training, or just general health/fitness, we'll have it all for you.
