For those who want 1 on 1 attention with our knowledgeable instructor, this is the way to go. We will work with you to the fullest to help you reach your goal(s) through a challenging yet fun pogram. Our instructors will take you through a series of up to the date activities and exercises (dynamic warm up, weight lifting, conditioning exercises, cool down and stretches) that are needed for your personal success. An initial evaluation will be done to establish base line data of your health/fitness levels. Your program will be specially designed to meet your personal taining needs rather it be weight lost, cardiovascular fitness, strength training, or just general health/fitness, we'll have it all for you.
