New Program (s)

NSCA Fly Solo Program

This program will give high school coaches and educators more "hands on" experience in the area of strength and condition for the main purpose of athletic enhancement. Receive a Fly Solo manual containing 6 key modules that are needed for an effective training program along with plenty of hands on practice and demonstrations.

Group of 6 or more coaches need for this program to run.

NSCA Performance Index Testing

See were you (high school athlete) rank among other athletes from around the world. Athletes are tested in 4 performance indicators: the vertical jump, pro agility, 10yd dash and the hang clean. Athletes are given a point value for each index to give them an over all score and ranking in the system. These test are use by professional coaches at the highest level to help keep athletes on track of their training and success.

They say one's vertical jump is the number one indicator of athleticism - do you have what it takes?
